Impact on PERM

Hi,

 

I am expecting my PERM application will be filed with DOL in mid June. But need clarification on below situation.

 

My Company(A) was acquired by other company(B) in March 2015. But company A will work as separate entity till Dec 31st 2015.

 

  • If my PERM will not approved by Dec 31st . What impact will it have? 
  • If my perm approved then what will be the impact on I140?

 

 

What all complication/queries/ delay i can expect on this.
