multiple h1b petitions approved.. switching employers

Hello everyone,

 

This is about my friend wherein 2 employers applied 2 petitions for her and both got approved now she is working with employer A (mnc) but she want to switch employer as she got a better offer from employer B (mnc) and also there are some issues with employer A so she is thinking to move to employer B, can anyone advise what needs to be done in case, is a H1 transfer required or she can leave the country and come back with employer B petition in order to work for employer B

 

She has visa stamp with employer A petition so I think she doesn't need a new visa stamping for empliyer B
