Travel on OPT with F1 expiration soon

Hello,

 

I am graduating with a PhD this May, currently on OPT (started in March, 2015 EAD valid till March, 2016) and working in my field of study.

 

My F1 visa stamping is valid till Aug 23th, 2015.

 

I am planning to travel to India (for 4 weeks) towards the end of this month and would like to know if there can be any issues during the reentry.

 

Please advice.
