My company applied for my Perm in November 2014 and i am expecting to receive approval by June/July 2015. I am EB2 rest of the world. My company also applied for h1 last year but i didn't get through lottery. This year chances are also slim as i haven't heard back yet. My last entry into US was in march 2014. My question is that can my company file concurrent 140/485 while i am still on F1 after perm approval? Do I have enough time (approx 6 months) to get through AOS? Fragomen is my company immigration firm and its a big semiconductor company.
