Gap between H1 Transfers

Hi,

I just realized that there was a gap of 16 days between my employer 'A' last date of employment and Employer 'B' USCIS petition received date. However this was before 4 years. And now I am with employer C. There were no issues in H1 transfers, PERM and 140 approvals with employer C as of now. I also went out of Country few times and came back with stampings after that gap with no issues. 

Question is: will that 16 days gap be considered as 'out of status' and become a issue during my 485 filing? If yes, then what are my options.

The OOS clock gets reset every time you leave and return. So no issue.
