Working on 485 EAD, got H1-B, will take effect on Oct, will this affect 485？

Hello, I have one question regarding my EAD->H1B.

 

I am working for a company on 485 EAD (my husband is the main AOS applicant) And my company is lucky enough to get me a H1B for year 2015, so I will be automatically transferred to H1-B status on 2015 Oct, my question is, will this transfer from 485 EAD to H1B affect my 485 application?

The H1 will have no effect on the AOS. Why use the word "lucky" implying your spouses I-140 and AOS is on shaky grounds?

("Luckily", not because my spouse's AOS is shaky, but because of the H1b lottery, I wasn't lucky enough last year to win the H1b lottery, but this year I got one, so I said "luckily"...)

The EAD will let you work anywhere as opposed to H1 status. If the company is not to your liking you do have the option of working elsewhere on the basis of the EAD. It is extremely unlikely for a pending AOS to be denied. Good luck.
