Applying for F1 Visa from India, H1B petition approved but with employer

Hi,

 

I plan to apply for F1 visa from Fall 2015. 

 

I have worked in US before on an H1B visa for almost 21 months. It has been 1.5 years since I came back. I came back to India in Dec-2013.

 

My H1B visa expired in September 2014 and my employer had applied for renewal. The petition for renewal was approved, but we never got it stamped. The petition is now with the company and I dont have access to it.

 

Will I face any issues due to this during my F1 visa application?
