California fmla and cfra leave

Hi,

 

My friend is currently on Paid Family leave and CFRA leave from past 3 months, as part of California maternity benefits.

During this period, employer does not provide payslips. Is this ok? 

If there has to be a visa transfer done (to H1 or H4), what needs to be provided in place of payslips? Will this cause any issue in the visa transfer?

And also now, employer wants to withdraw H1. Is this legal? If not, how should this be handled.
