sai121212
Hi, I have a valid h1b visa with stamping. My I-94 is expiring this july'15 and before that I wanted to go for a trip to bahamas with my wifa via cruise. This is going to be my first cruise trip. So, I am not sure whether I get I-94 renewed via cruise. Please advise me Thanks Link to comment
JoeF
The cruiseline won't let you on board unless you have a visa that's valid past the cruise return date. Link to comment

jairichi
My visa will be still valid past the cruise return date but do I get a new I-94 during my return ? Yes, with your valid H1B visa, I797 you will get a new I94 till petition or I797 validity date. Did your employer file for an extension yet? Link to comment
sai121212
No, my extension is in Jan 2016 and my PP expires this July 2015. I can't file extension because it doesn't fall under that 180 days period. So, if we go to bahamas by cruise we can get that I-94 renewed right? I heard some mixed reviews that I-94 cannot be renewed when you travel by cruise. Link to comment
shekar11#
You will get I-94 until passport expiry date. Better renew your passport and go. Link to comment
sai121212
I renewed my Passport. But I heard some mixed reviews that I-94 cannot be renewed when you travel by bahamas Cruise. Is it true? Link to comment
