My I-94 is expiring this july'15 and before that I wanted to go for a trip to bahamas with my wifa via cruise. This is going to be my first cruise trip. So, I am not sure whether I get I-94 renewed via cruise. Please advise me Thanks

sai121212 Posted May 7, 2015 Author Report Posted May 7, 2015 No, my extension is in Jan 2016 and my PP expires this July 2015. I can't file extension because it doesn't fall under that 180 days period. So, if we go to bahamas by cruise we can get that I-94 renewed right? I heard some mixed reviews that I-94 cannot be renewed when you travel by cruise.
