(my employer is still the same). can you tell me how my lca would be impacted, and whether i would need a re-filing?
rahul412 Posted April 30, 2015 Report Posted April 30, 2015 LCA is for H1 not for GC. You file LC/PERM for GC and it is no way related to your client change.
