docavula Posted April 29, 2015 Report Posted April 29, 2015 Hi, I have read some where else that DOS has petitioned in a court that DOS does not need a bill to be passed for recapturing of previous visa numbers. Is this true or is it a rumor. Any info regarding this is very helpful. Thnx in advance
