On April 27, 2015, we updated your name for your Form I-140

Hello All,

 

I Applied my I-140 two years back and I sent my application to Texas Service Center, after couple of service requests, yesterday the updates on my case like as shown below:

 

On April 27, 2015, We updates your name for your form I-140, Immigrant Petition for alien worker, Receipt Number SRCXXXXXXXX.

 

Could you please help what is that suppose to mean, I don't know what is going on.

babu, 140 will be applied by your employer not by you. Even my case was struck without an update for more than an year. It got approved after my employer upgraded the case to premium. I would suggest to notify your employer to upgrade your case.

I am sorry, yes my employer filed my I-140. Do you have any idea what is the meaning of latest status on my case?
