H4 interview (after 26 May 2015) - Can answer YES to "Do you intend to work in USA"?

Hi,

 

With the upcoming H4-EAD rule and assuming the H4 Visa interview is after 26 May 2015, when the VO asks if the H4 applicant plans to work in the USA (if eligible) - what would be the best answer?

 

In other words, would an honest YES hurt the visa approval chances?

 

Another question.. does the visa approval chance depending YES/NO answer to "Do you want to study in USA"?

Of course you need to be honest, a lie during the interview is an invitation for trouble..

No H4 applicant will be asked this question. If asked answer truthfully.  Study is something which is always encouraged.
