At the time of I-140 , My attloreny not inculded dependents

Hi,

I have a quetion , my i-140 got approved in July-2012. At the time of I-140 my attorney not included dependent names.  I thought of we can include at 485 time.  But i read recent artical says we have to include depenedent details. What are the options i have now.

 

Do i need to ammend I140 or still i can include dependents at 485 time.

It says that you should be "truthful" when filing your I140. Did you lie during the filing?
