I have resigned from my current company. and now they are asking to submit all originals related to the H1B processing. My VISA (H1B) was stamped in Sept 2014.

Please guide, how could i use the H1b in future for any relevant oppportunity.

Yes, an employer can file a cap exempt H1B petition. You just need a copy of your approval notice.

Keep a copy of those documents and give them the originals. You don't need original documents.
