standshik Posted April 28, 2015 Report Posted April 28, 2015 Hi, I am currently working in USA on H1B visa. My H1B (first 3 years) expires on 22nd December 2015. I have already applied for I-140 (EB 1B) on 1st April 2015. I am planning to apply for H1 B extension around June-July 2015. My question is, while I have applied for H1 B extension and my old H1B visa is still valid, can I travel outside USA and come back to USA on valid old H1-B visa (to be expired on 22nd December 2015)?
