ds160h1b Posted April 27, 2015 Report Posted April 27, 2015 Hello, I work with Company A and I've an offer from Company B which has agreed to file (transfer) my H1B. With the present Company A, I've my visa stamped & valid until Nov'16. My question is regarding travel outside the US. I intend to travel around June 1st week of this year using the PTO I have with Company A. Assuming I have the new H1B visa (transfer) approval from new employer by June 1st: -Is it advisable to travel (on PTO from Company A) having my current visa stamped while having a new i797 from Company B but then start tow work for B only after two weeks? -Or should I ask Company B to wait until I come back to US and then file my H1B transfer?
