ramesh12345 Posted April 27, 2015 Report Posted April 27, 2015 Hi All,My wife came to USA 3 months back and has valid I94. she will be travelling next week to India for her brother marriage and will be back to US(on H4 visa)after 1 month VISA is valid and stamped on her passport. I am aware of some documents below she will need to carry with her to support her admission at port of entry 1. Copy of my I-7972. Our original marriage certificateIs there anything else she will need? Please let me know,Thank you,

pontevecchio Posted April 27, 2015 Report Posted April 27, 2015 It would be most unlikely for them to ask anything. Is there a problem with your H1 employer? If not you are worried about nothing.
