We applied for her H1B visa this year based on her most recent I94 that she got in march'2015. Her case got picked in the lottery. I have my H1B visa valid up to Dec'2106. Could you please clarify the below questions. 1. If we apply her H4 extension now, will It override her H1B petition? 2. Does she need to go out of country and get her visa stamped to get her status changed to H1B? 3. Does the change of status still applicable for her in this scenario? Please suggest. Thanks.
