pvll3456 Posted April 24, 2015 Report Posted April 24, 2015 Thanks to MURTHY.COM I had my interview @ 8:45 Tuesday (be there like 15 mins before), it took more than 1 hr to clear everything in between and go to VO officer at 9:45. VO: Hello ME: Hello sir VO: Who is your employer and is he the petitioner for your h1 ME: Yes my employer and petitioner are same and gave him the name VO: Do you work at client location and live nearby ME: yes VO: Who is your client ME: responded with Company name VO: Oh you have done your master in XXU university, was this university accredited when you pursue your masters ME: Yes (JUST YES) VO: He went somewhere for a minute and came back. VO: Is this your first H1b visa ME: YES ( though this is my third year and third extension, first two H1s only 1 year each) VO: Provide me LCA, PAY STUBS, LICENSE and EMPLOYER VERIFICATION ME: Was nervous took some time (Like 2 mins buttttt) to gather all those from my well organized file manager and handed it to VO officer VO: He checked my license and LCA, and first 5 pay stub's and gave them to me. VO: He took a green slip (this has instructions) and said your VISA is approved. Also, he took h1b document with passport. As my VISA approved I was waiting for LOOMIS email with way bill number, which i got at Thursday morning 23rd 2 am (Yes i was awake and booked my flight to way back) Took that waybill number to Loomis branch(Kind of fed ex) at 8:30 AM and showed it to them and got my passport back and verified all details. Got my VISA till my current H1B expires. Hope this information helps you all.
