vivekan157 Posted April 24, 2015 Report Posted April 24, 2015 I applied for changing my visa status from H4 to F1 and it got approved.Presently I am studying my third semester and I am going for stamping to India.My husband filed I-134 (Affidavit of support) while applying for change of status which happened 4 months back.Now my husband salary and position have changed.Do we need to file a new I-134 for stamping or can we just use old I-134? Please can some one clarify? Thanks In Advance.
