ransu Posted April 23, 2015 Report Posted April 23, 2015 Hi, My husband is employed in the US and I hold a H4 dependent visa. He has an approved I140 and also has his h1b extended beyond 6 years. Now he is planning to switch to a new employer.We are not sure if the present employer will revoke the H4 EAD 1. Am I still eligible to apply for h4 ead as he has h1b extended beyond 6 years? 2. Can I travel outside US after applying for H4 EAD?
