221g Vancouver :Visa refused after 3 weeks

Interview March 31st

 

The question are standard..

How long with current employer?

where you did master and major?

what is your job title ?

where do you work(location)?

What are your job responsibilities?

and asked my  Passport,LCA, client letter( not nedded ,give if you have. other wise no need), I-129,I-797 and Paystubs.

Then VO was typing some thing for 5 min and gave yellow slip 221g.

 

Received email on Apr 22nd that my passport has been picked for delivery at Loomis location. 

Collected passport and Refusal Notice inside it.

 

I was  pretty confident as I have all the documents and there is no issue from my employer side..No clue on why my visa is refused.. checked with client on verification calls.. no calls received.

 

I need to wait until USCIS sent notice to my employer on revocation..to find the reason.

Another guys was in same situation as above and his Visa was refused.

From which did u completed your's masters,?

And did you file amendment if Ur client location is different while filing the Initial petition.?

Did you do your Masters in  a NON-IT field. Any peculiar reason ? Sorry ! just asking because it might help someone else s cause.

Yes mine is NON-IT  MS Possibly this could be the reason.@Sreeni554

My is Extension and have LCA and Client letter with same address as Address in my petition. @naveen1367
