wacksk Posted April 23, 2015 Report Posted April 23, 2015 Hello, I have a valid H1b Visa expiring in september 2015 and I am going to Cancun Mexico for vacation in May 2015 (2-10 May). Will there be any problem when I renter USA from Mexico at port of entry since my visa expires in September 2015. I hope there is no rule that i need to have valid 6 months USA visa to enter back. replies would be highly appreciated. Best Regards
