H1b stamping - reg documents

Hi..I have interview in Canada for H1b stamping nest month. Can some one please answer following questions?

 

1. I got 3 yr extension based on approved I 140. Do I need to carry my approved I 140 for interview?

 

2. My wife is on H4 and attending interview along with me. Do we need to carry approved h4?

 

3. I have old handwritten pasport from 2006. Would that be a problem for stamping? I heard that these passports may not be valid for international travel after nov 2015.

1) Yes. Carry atleast a copy of I 140

2) Yes.

3) Should not be a problem. But you can renew your passport 1 year before. Try that if possible to be safe.
