Help on H1B Visa Query (Contract Docs)

Hi All,

 

I am currently in Hyderabad working for Indian MNC. Applied H1B through ABC company (don’t want to announce the actual company) in FY 2015 and attended visa interview on Dec 24^th 2014 in Hyd, got a query asking for past contract docs. In Jan 2015 got 2007, 2008 projects from my employer and submitted the same to embassy. Within one week got a reply from USCIS asking for recent projects (they are expecting for 2014). From Feb to till date I am continously following up with my employer and till now there is no response from them.

 

Couple of days back, got a call from my employer and they are suggesting me to change the employer XYZ (Looks like they have client letter, contract docs and it is one of their friends company). So now, I have the below questions on this:

 

1)      What will be the impact if I change my employer now to XYZ?

2)      If at all I transfer to the new company XYZ and attend visa interview, what should I tell to visa officer if they ask “why did you change the employer”?

3)      Can I come to States on dependent visa in next couple of months and then transfer my H1B to some new company and start working through that(once transfer is approved for new company)?

These companies are obviously frauds stay away from them.

Find a better employer, not a shady consulting company.
