cgaps1 Posted April 22, 2015 Report Share Posted April 22, 2015 Dear Experts - Here is my situation: 1. I140 approved from Employer AAA (PD Feb 2011) 2. Switched to Employer BBB 3. Maxed out and current H1 valid till Oct 2015 4. Came to know from AAA that pervious I140 has been withdrawn but USCIS still shows Approved. 4. Current Employer BBB in process of filing for H1 extension. 5. Current Employer BBB not initiating GC Wanted to know is there a possibility that my H1 extension would get approved even though my previous I140 has been withdrawn? Link to comment
