H1B transfer to Parent Company, although working for Subsidiary

Hi,

 

I am currently working for company C.  I have been offered by company A to work for company B which is a wholly owned subsidiary of company A.  My H1B and payroll is of company A.  Would there be a problem if I work for company B even if my H1B transfer is being applied by company B's owner that is company A.  Would there be any issues in the transfer?
