jinder Posted April 22, 2015 Report Share Posted April 22, 2015 Just need some clarification on H4 EAD. Are there 2 criterias for H4 EAD - Approved I140 or Lived in the US for 6 years. Is the 2nd criteria even valid? What does living mean. 6 yrs on H1B or just 6 years on any visa? Link to comment
