krishchaitu05 Posted April 21, 2015 Report Share Posted April 21, 2015 Hi, Background: my wife was in US with F2 and got H1 last year. my company is kind of new with 12 employees. she went to stamping in hyd. interview: who is your employer? how many employees? who is your client? what are your roles? highest degree? (he did not ask for client letter/vendor letter/employer letter - infact, no docs was asked) after this, VO took the passport along with 797 and said visa is approved. qn: 1. is there any specific reason to take 797? 2. do they contact any one? 3. when VO said visa is approved, is there anyway he can change the decision?
