Switching employer while on H1B (I-140 approved) and impact to H4 EAD

Hi,

 

I came to US on L1B in 2007 and later converted it to H1B. My I-140 was approved (EB3 category) in 2011. I am considering to switch to a new employer for an exciting opportunity. I have few questions before I finalize my decision.

 

1)      Can my spouse apply for H4 EAD immediately after I join the new company?

2)      What’s probability of my new PERM/I-140 gets approved with the new employer?
