does CPT experience counts ?

I have worked with Company A under status(CPT/OPT/H1-B), now I have transferred to company B.

 

Can I request employer A for experience letter from CPT starting date on words or OPT starting date.?

You can request expereince letter for any professional experience. As long as you got paid (not volunteer) and worked with LEGAL work authorization you can expect experience letter

CPT abuse is not legal work authorization. USCIS is cracking down on such things. CPT has to be for work as integral part of the curriculum.
