OPT to H1B- Consular Processing

I have few questions to ask. So as to brief bit about my current scenario:

I am on F1 right now and will be graduating this May 2015. I have already applied for my OPT and will be starting 15th June 2015. My employer has also filed for my H1B consulate processing.

 

Now my question is:

1. Can I travel to my home country on my OPT along with EAD, while my H1 B consulate process petition is pending?

2. I have my H1- B consualte processing petition filed from company A. And now before June, I get employment with company B. So can I join that company B and leave the opportunity offered by company A?

3. My H1 B consualte processing is approved from company A and now say I want to switch from company A to B, then will it be possible to transfer the H1B to employer B and also convert it to H1 B change of status?

What is the degree you are graduating with in May?

That degree obviously can't be used for the H1, since you haven't graduated yet.
