immigrationmatter Posted April 1, 2015 Report Share Posted April 1, 2015 Hi, My child is US born and currently staying in US with us. Is it mandatory to make a PIO Card for him? India has Visa on Arrival policy and they recently started giving Visa on Arrrival to US citizens. If we visit India, does my child fall into that category? In other words, is it ok if we visit India without a PIO Card? Would they still allow him Visa on Arrival? Please let me know. Regards. Link to comment
