akilk Posted March 31, 2015 Report Share Posted March 31, 2015 Hi all, i have my visa appointment in vancouver on april15th and this is my first time stamping. regards question on how much income is ur annual income, what are we suppose to answer. this is my firsttime h1 and my lca has 70k as annual salary(applied last year 2014) and recent employer letter i got for stamping also shows 70k as salary ,but paystubs and W2 shows as 90k higher than LCA and Employer letter and also offer letter. 1.what am i suppose to answer , for question what is ur annual income ??. 2. what should i answer for difference in pay 3. should i get recent employer letter with pay matching to W2 or paystubs or it is good to be with matching to LCA . thanks for help, Akil Link to comment

Note that this amount should be equal or more than the amount mentioned in the LCA. 2. Tell the additional amount is the bonus when asked. 3. It should be good as long as it is same or more than your LCA amount. Link to comment
