Moving to Old employer

Hi All,

 

I used to work for company A, now I am working for company B since last OCT 2014.

Currently company B is holding my H1b visa and running my pay stubs. I got a better opportunity with Company A and i am thinking to move back to company A where my old H1-b is still active but hasn't been running any pay stubs.

 

Will there be any problem to move back to company A?

Once employer-employee relationship expires, H1b expires. The H1b with A is not valid for you now even though it was not revoked by employer. To establish employer-employee relationship again with A, they would have to file new cap exempted H1b for you.
