jairichi Posted March 27, 2015 Report Share Posted March 27, 2015 A PERM gives you no right to stay. Validity of visa does not matter. Petition and I94 validity is taken into consideration. As long as L1B extension petition in progress you can legally stay in US. If denied you need to exit US. Link to comment
