H1 B Transfer Processing Time during April 1st timeline

Hi,

 

I'm in H1b visa status and got a job offer from another company. My prospective employer is ready to file H1b transfer for me, but we are trying to understand what is the time line for premium processing during new H1b filing dates.

 

I understand that I belong to H1b transfer category, I'm just trying to understand impact on timeline if we file at this time between April 1st and April 10th(rough timelines) for premium processing.
