I have an EAD approval gap of 1 week (delays in processing).

 

I requested for unpaid time-off from my employer but they are requesting to use paid time-off as unpaid can't be put when I have PTO.

 

What should be the next steps?

Will this have any impact on 485 adjudication?

 

Please advise.
