Passport and I -94 expired..urgent help required.

Hi,

I am on H-4 status. My passport and I-94 expired on feb 07,2015.I realized that after 10 days and immediately applied for a new passport. Now I got my passport. What should be my next move?

Should I go to American consulate in India or would it just be fine staying here as my old passport has visa stamp till 03Jul 2016 or go to San Ysidro- Tijuana border and get my new I-94?

What are the chances that the officer at San Ysidro POE notices that I overstayed in USA?

Please advice.
