GC for divorcing wife?

Both me and my wife were on independent H1 visas. As my PD was earlier, she applied as my dependent (& her employer refused to sponsor her PERM) - both recd. EAD/AP & I got my GC but her application is still stuck in 'initial review', for unknown reasons.  In the meantime, my shaky marriage is moving toward divorce & she is squeezing me dry! Is there anything I can do to 'withdraw' her I-485 application? Divorce will not be final for 3-6 months - if she gets her GC by then, she probably gets to keep it :(

It is HER I-485. You can't do anything.

If the divorce is final before her I-485 is approved, then you can inform USCIS of the divorce.

Trying to retaliate is a rather despicable idea. Just go on with your life.

Take the advice, say 5, 10, 20 years later you will appreciate having done so.
