Hi ,

 

My interivew was on march 10th at Vancouver.

 

VO: Good Morning

ME: Good Morning

 

VO: Who is your employer ?

ME:  XXX

 

VO: Show me your Employer letter,Pay stubs, LCA & Drivers Licence ?

Me: given.....VO checked all the document

 

VO: Wher did you studied/University ?

ME: Said

 

VO: What's your major ?

ME: XXX

 

VO: when did you graduated?

ME: XXX

 

VO: How much is your income ?

ME: said

 

VO:Which Client?

ME:Said

 

VO:How long been with your employer?

ME:XXX

 

VO: Who was your employer before to the current employer/when you were on OPT ?

ME: said

 

Note: I changed my employer when I was on OPT.

 

VO: Any issues with the current employer ?

ME: No

 

Then VO gave me booklet and asked to go throgh the instructions...finally told me you will receive your passort in 3 business days.

Congrats on the visa... please update us the time when you get the pickup email for the passport.

Congratulations on the visa.....can you suggest what time I should be at the consulate line for an 8:45am appointment.

Good to go at 8.15 am. If you are early you can wait at Starbucks it is in next block to usa consulate.

i have my visa appointment in vancouver on april15th

 

regards question how much income,

 

what are we suppose to answer.

 

this is my firsttime h1 and my lca has 70k as annual salary and recent employer letter i got for stamping also shows 70k as salary ,but paystubs and W2 shows as 90k.

 

1.what am i suppose to answer , for question what is ur annual income ??.

2. what should i answer for difference in pay

3. should i get recent employer letter with pay matching to W2 or paystubs or it is good to be with matching to LCA .
