nkimidi7y
Hi, I am currently on H1-B. I wish to resign my current job in April first week and travel "within" the US for two months. Is this going to be a problem in the present or future(in 10-20 years)? If it is a problem what options do i have to make this travel possible? Thanks Link to comment
jairichi
Apply for a COS to B2 before your last day of work. That allows you to stay and travel for those 2 months within US. Link to comment

You cannot stay in US on H1 without a job. Link to comment
JoeF
You need to file a COS to B2 when you resign. That keeps you legal, and out of problems in the future. Link to comment
ashuneel
Option is to file COS to B2 and then make a timely exit. Link to comment
