My employer(Indian multinational) has filed my H1b extn in Premium processing and gave me a receipt # (WAC ******), though, not the receipt. As per the current USCIS status, it says "On xxxxx, we received your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant ....... emailed you a receipt notice". As far as I understand, email receipt is only sent in PP. Is it safe to assume that its in premium? Thanks Link to comment
