I don’t have both my parents, what/who will be the alternative to notarize a documented confirming my birth etc.. Link to comment

You should be able to use affidavits from elders in the Family who are aware of the matter. It would be ideal if you let a Lawyer get involved. Talk to the firm of Murthy. Link to comment
