dc9999
Hi there, I am applying for H1b this year. Due to Budget constraints my project got into hold and my end date is March 3rd week and may start in May 1st week. Already my employer applied for LCA through Client A. If i get a new job through Client B while my H1b is in Processing then, 1. Do my employer need to apply LCA again for new client.? 2. Can i submit new client(B) letter when my application is in review. Please advice me with correct steps as I am unable to decide my next steps. Thanks in advice. Link to comment
JoeF
The employer needs to have a project when he files the H1, and it needs to be the same project throughout the process. THis is one of the many reasons why going to a consulting company is a bad thing. Link to comment
jairichi
If H1B petition was filed for client A & if that job does not exist during H1B processing that petition will be denied. Client B's documents cannot be substituted for Client A at a later stage during H1B processing. Link to comment
