rgandhi22 Posted March 2, 2015 Report Share Posted March 2, 2015 Hi, I currently have an approved I-797 which expires in Sept 2017. I plan to go to Canada/India for my H1B stamping. My question is, if I do change employers after getting a H1B stamp (valid till 2017), do I need to get a new H1B visa stamp for my new employer? Or is the old stamp valid for travel purposes?
