prad0211 Posted February 25, 2015 Report Share Posted February 25, 2015 I am currently on F1 - OPT with pending graduation as I am yet to defend my thesis(which I will be doing in late April). I am working full time and my employer is ready to file for my H1B this April. I have 6 years experience in the same field that I am working. Can I file my H1 with graduation still pending?
