frns4ever Posted February 24, 2015 Report Share Posted February 24, 2015 Hello, I am on H1-B visa with a valid visa stamping until 2016. I changed my employer and had a valid I797 until 2016 as well. I am planning for a trip to Europe. Will there be a problem if I fly to and fro from CANADA with a transit visa ? Will there be any immigration issues that i can think of while coming back to CANADA and into US ? Thank you in advance and appreciate your support. Link to comment
