H1b eligibility Do I come under non cap

Hi,

 

 

I applied for H1B under 2013 cap quota through a consultancy and got approved in May 2013.

 

Then I got a job offer from a non profit organization(hospital affiliated to university) and they applied for my H1B which started from August 2013.

 

 

Now if I want to change the company and join a for profit company, do I need to apply for H1B visa in cap or do I come under non-cap(since I already got it approved under 2013 quota.)
